Find out all about our team

What we believe in

  • Making a positive difference in the world. We do this by only working for charities. It’s also one of our organisational values, probably the most important one.
  • Work life balance – we reject the agency life of working till 2am every night. Our digital project manager assigns hours to prevent our team being overloaded. Balancing client demand with team hours is tough. We don’t always get it right, and we take action when it does happen.
  • Anti racism –  we believe that Black lives matter and we’re working to be a genuinely anti-racist employer. We’re trying to be public about our progress and limitations. We have an EDI working group to try to do more.

Movements we’re a part of

  • B Corporation – we’ve been certified as a B Corp since 2022 with a score of 108. We have an organisational goal to be in the 10% globally for workers score, a measure of how well we treat our employees.
  • Conscious Advertising Network – we’re part of this global group trying to improve the ethics of the advertising industry and are working hard to improve how we work using their frameworks
  • Agencies for Good – we’re part of this global community of agencies who believe in making a positive difference in the world
